Enforcing the accessory punishment in the case of a concurrence of offences

In the matter of the criminal treatment of a concurrence of offences, the enforcement of the accessory punishment implies a double reference to it - firstly, in the context of establishing it next to an initial principal punishment and then in the context of applying it next to the resulting principal punishment. Only after the accessory punishment is established next to an initial principal punishment, it is applied next to the resulting principal punishment.
