Again about enforcing the accessory penalty in the case of concurrent offences

In the matter of the criminal treatment of concurrent offences, the enforcement of the accessory penalty implies a double reference: first, in the context of establishing it next to an initial main penalty and then in the context of applying it next to the resulting main penalty. Only after the accessory penalty is established next to an initial main penalty, it will be applied next to the resulting main penalty.
