Citing when writing about Law (II): access dates

Abstract

When writing in the field of Law, in Romania, is it mandatory to cite the retrieval date (access date or last visited date), when creating a citation to an internet source? Is there any reason why the date of retrieval should be indicated or omitted? What should the date-specific label look like, but the format?
