The journal Studia Universitatis Babeș-Bolyai Iurisprudentia announces, at the initiative of the Private Law Department of the Faculty of Law, the opening of its pages for the publication of a tribute volume dedicated to the memory of Juanita Goicovici.
The predetermined themes are correlated with the main research directions of the author:

- Theme II: The Vicissitudes of Civil Liability
- Theme III: Artificial Intelligence and Law
- Theme IV: Legal Inheritance vs. the Testamentary Will of the Deceased
- Theme V: Varia (any other topics not necessarily covered by the above)
